I go to Chuck and Don's Pet Food Outlet located at 3246 West Lake Street in the Calhoun Village Shopping Center near Lake Calhoun and it's conveniently located across the street from Whole Foods. Ask about Chuck and Bucks rebate program where you can save money. They also have food for cats and other pets.
Woody's Pet Food Deli on 50th and Xerxes, is also an excellent place to buy your pet's food.
Remember to gradually change your pet's food over a two week period by adding a little more of the new food every couple of days, and less of the old food. You'll have a much healthier and happier dog in the long run and you'll save on vet bills! And being an animal lover like myself, I know you want what's best for your pet.
